• Internal Data Flow: To provide a seamless Personal CFO experience, data is shared between Lyceum Financial and our specialized tax and accounting practice at Cerullo LLC. Both entities operate under common ownership to ensure your investment strategy is perfectly synchronized with your tax landscape.

• Third-Party Logistics: We utilize secure platforms, including Wix Studio and professional CRM systems, for client intake and communication. We do not sell, lease, or distribute your personal data to outside marketing vendors.
   

International & Regional Disclosures (GDPR & CCPA)
 

• European Residents (GDPR): For clients residing in the EEA or UK, we process your data based on 'Legitimate Interest' to provide requested financial insights and 'Contractual Necessity' to perform our duties as your Personal CFO. You have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

• California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): We do not "sell" or "share" your personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to request a report of the categories of data collected and the right to request the correction or deletion of that data.
